Business process automation

Delete the task, do not document it.

Every business has a job someone does by hand every week because it never seemed big enough to fix. Copying data between systems, chasing approvals, producing the same report. We find those, and remove them — not with a fragile chain of no-code steps, but with something built to keep running.

What's included

Every engagement covers

  • Audit of the recurring manual work and what it costs in hours
  • Integrations between the systems you already run
  • Scheduled jobs, pipelines, and alerting
  • Internal tools where a human still needs to be in the loop
  • Monitoring, so a silent failure does not go unnoticed
  • Documentation of what runs, when, and what to do when it breaks

How it runs

The process

  1. 01

    Audit

List the recurring manual tasks and put hours against them. Automation is only worth it where the arithmetic works, and we will say so when it does not.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

Start with the task that costs the most hours and breaks the least when changed.

  3. 03

    Build and monitor

Ship the automation with alerting, so failures surface immediately rather than being discovered a month later.

Business process automation — questions

What kinds of tasks can be automated?

Anything repetitive with a clear rule: moving data between systems, generating and sending recurring reports, syncing inventory or bookings, onboarding sequences, invoice and payment chasing, and publishing content across channels.

Is this the same as Zapier or Make?

It overlaps. No-code tools are excellent for simple, low-volume connections and we will recommend them when they fit. Custom automation makes sense when the logic is complex, the volume makes per-task pricing expensive, or you need it to be reliable enough that nobody checks it.

How do you measure whether automation was worth it?

By the hours removed and the errors avoided, measured against build cost. We put numbers to that during the audit, before you commit.
